Perfect location, I was near the beach. The hotel itself was in a fairly nice area.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were inattentive.

The most important was the staff - reasonably good and useful people. The room was good sized and en suite, included with shared bath, a private bathroom and a washing machine.

We really enjoyed this great value hotel and had a very nice time. The room was great-sized and en suite, it had a TV and coffee. The location was perfect there, in the garden around the house.

I enjoyed this hotel, it's clean and recently renovated! The best thing was how very friendly the staff were. The breakfast was savoury and varied, it offered variety of fabulous food. This location was convenient and ideal, right by the manor house, upgrading the colour scheme, wallpaper and varnishing the 1890's period woodwork, St Ives and Carbis bay and town centre. Plus, Knill's Monument was at a moderate distance from the venue. I had an enjoyable weekend and would stay here again.

Everything was fairly clean and excellent. Really nice building and rooms with garden view. Plenty of options for breakfast including fruit and yoghourt. Location right by St Ives, the gardens and the beach. No complaints considering decent prices.
